We are looking for applicants confident that their sales skills and personality will yield high productivity. We can train applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience at other management companies. Compensation depends on experience and performance.
Our hourly pay rate is $18.50 - $19.50 + leasing bonus. The full-time schedule is 40 hours, including 1 or 2 weekend days, which may be rotated. Some holidays are included in the rotating schedule with another paid day off during the same payroll period.
