TSK HOUSING in the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced full-time HVAC Technician for a portfolio of apartment communities. This dedicated HVAC role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems across properties.

Ideal candidates bring strong troubleshooting and repair experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to work independently. Residential or multifamily HVAC experience is preferred, with reliability and hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Residential or multifamily HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and diagnose problems accurately.
• Reliable, organized, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning issues.
• Troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform preventative and seasonal maintenance.
• Repair and replace HVAC components and equipment as needed.
• Handle HVAC service calls throughout the property.
• Identify issues accurately and make cost-effective repairs.
