Lyon Living is hiring a Porter - Groundskeeper for The George property in Anaheim, CA. The role involves maintaining high-quality standards and customer service for residents, including interior/exterior prep and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and OT.
• Valid driver’s license or access to alternative transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's appearance and cleanliness.
• Service central trash areas and keep them clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping to prepare apartments for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and complete work records.
• Store chemicals and cleaning products safely.
• Keep carts and storage areas neat and organized.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
