Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Groundskeeper for Remington at Memorial Apartments in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role focuses on keeping the community clean, attractive, and welcoming, while supporting the maintenance team.
No apartment-experience is required; dependability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work outdoors are valued. Experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar roles is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
- Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
- Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas
- Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained
