Job summary

TI Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our welcoming Austin community. You’ll patrol grounds, clean common areas, and keep spaces safe and tidy for residents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and maintain community grounds, remove trash and debris.
• Clean and refresh common areas like walkways and courtyards.
• Empty and maintain trash bins and pet stations.
• Report maintenance needs or hazards promptly to the team.
• Assist maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris.
• Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces.
• Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
• Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
• Other duties as needed.
