Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning of common areas and hallways (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Clean entryways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces to stay tidy and welcoming.
• Restock supplies like paper products and cleaning items in designated areas.
• Notify management of maintenance issues in the common areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Assist with cleaning needs in vacant apartments or units as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promptly address cleaning-related concerns.
