Princeton Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for our residential community in Michigan. The role involves cleaning common areas, vacant units, and assisting with light administrative tasks as needed.

Strong attention to detail, friendly communication, and the ability to carry supplies and move through spaces of varying heights are essential. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication are required.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Common Areas: Clean entryways, lobbies, elevators, windows and shared spaces; restock supplies; remove trash; assist with grounds tasks as needed.
• Vacant Apartments: Clean and prepare apartments for new move-ins including appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens and floors.
• Operational Support: Assist leasing office with clerical tasks as needed and support other Princeton properties.
• Compliance & Reporting: Notify management of maintenance issues; follow health and safety guidelines; safely use cleaning chemicals.
• Core Competencies: Communicate professionally with contractors, vendors and residents; provide excellent customer service.
