Pay Range

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a temporary role with potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations, ensuring team efficiency, training, and development.
• Conduct site visits to oversee maintenance activities and motivate staff.
• Provide weekly maintenance reports to leadership.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee safety protocols and conduct related training.
• Facilitate training sessions and develop maintenance checklists.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in apartment maintenance supervision (required); 5+ years in property management (preferred).
• HVAC and EPA certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Trade school courses in HVAC, plumbing, or a high school diploma/GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
