Position: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Overview:

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a temporary role with potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance operations, ensure team efficiency, and support training development.
• Conduct site visits to oversee maintenance activities and motivate staff.
• Provide weekly maintenance reports to leadership.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage safety protocols and conduct safety training.
• Facilitate training sessions and develop maintenance checklists.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in apartment maintenance supervision; 5+ years preferred in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Trade school courses in HVAC, plumbing, or a high school diploma/GED preferred.

Physical Requirements:
