Are you ready to start your career? Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Seasonal Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at The Villages at Symmes Crossing in Cincinnati, OH. We are offering up to $17.00/hr. PLUS commissions, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off.

Schedule for seasonal employees:

• Up to $15.00 to $17.00/hr. to start
• Up to $75.00 new lease commissions and up to $100.00 for renewals
• Monday - Friday 9:00 - 6:00. Rotating Saturdays 10:00 - 4:00
• Position lasts through October
  
  

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
  
  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
