Job summary

AIR Communities seeks a Community Manager to work onsite at the Sirona apartment community in Sandy Springs, GA. You will lead a small team, oversee leasing and maintenance, and drive revenue and resident satisfaction while ensuring policy and legal compliance.

The role offers a $75,000–$85,000 salary with a 15% target bonus, on-site apartment discount, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
• Flexible schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–6:30pm (hours may vary)

We are hiring a Community Manager to work onsite at our Sirona apartment community in Sandy Springs, GA.

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Expected salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

What You Have

• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will beTuesday – Saturday,10:00am – 6:30pm(hours may vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
