Job summary

CAF Management, LLC is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to keep apartments and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents. This full-time, onsite role focuses on preparing move-in ready homes and maintaining shared spaces to support resident satisfaction.

You’ll follow cleaning checklists, manage time independently, and contribute to a team that rewards performance with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model units
• Follow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently met
• Track and report supply inventory as needed
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the onsite team
• Help maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris
• Support the team during inspections, move-ins, and community events

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required:

Preferred:

• Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaning
• Bilingual abilities
• Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent movement and physical activity throughout the property. Team members must be able to safely perform the following tasks:

• On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time
• Physical activities (50% to 100%):
• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., cleaning low surfaces, collecting debris)
• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments and common areas)
• Push/pull, stand, and walk (e.g., cleaning equipment, moving carts, inspecting property)
• Reach above shoulders (e.g., dusting, storing supplies)
• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., handling tools and cleaning equipment)
• Lifting/Carrying:
• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
