Apartner seeks a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness and appearance of common areas at our Fort Lauderdale property. You will manage sidewalks, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways, operating equipment like pressure washers as needed.

Grow with a hands-on role performing basic exterior maintenance, reporting hazards to management, and assisting with move-ins/move-outs and event setups. A diligent, punctual candidate outdoors year-round is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate outdoor maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and withstand outdoor conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exterior common areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and walkways.
• Empty and clean trash and recycling areas; remove debris.
• Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces as needed.
• Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs such as fencing and lighting fixtures.
• Identify and report property hazards to management.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs cleanups and event setups.

We're seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness and the appearance of common areas.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain exterior common areas, including sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkwaysEmpty and clean trash and recycling areas; remove debris and litter from groundsSweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as neededPerform basic exterior maintenance and repairs, including fencing, signage, trash cans, and lighting fixturesOperate and maintain non-landscaping equipment, such as pavement sweepers, blowers, and pressure washersIdentify and report property hazards, damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to managementAssist with move-in and move-out cleanups, event setups, and special projectsFollow property appearance, maintenance, and sustainability standards

Qualifications

One or more years of groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, or general labor experience preferredAbility to operate relevant equipment properly and responsibly Basic handyman skills for light exterior repairs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent preferred
