Job Requirements

• Maintenance experience in the apartment community industry is REQUIRED
• HVAC License is REQUIRED
• Experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Pools, and General Maintenance
• Assist with service requests, apartment make-ready, and upgrades
• Support various projects as assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician
• Willingness to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
• Own tools and reliable transportation are required

Working Environment

• Regularly stand, walk, and sit; occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and smell. Lift up to 50 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Work is primarily outdoors, with occasional off-site tasks.
• Compliance with the company uniform policy is mandatory.
