Job Requirements

• Maintenance experience in the apartment community industry is REQUIRED.
• HVAC License is REQUIRED.
• Experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Pools, and General Maintenance is necessary.
• Assist with service requests, apartment make-ready, and upgrades.
• Support various projects as assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Willingness to be on call according to schedule and alternate schedules.
• Provide your own tools and have reliable transportation.
• Property has 192 units.

Working Environment

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit; occasionally reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and smell. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds alone, up to 100 pounds with assistance. Environment is mainly outdoor, with occasional off-site tasks.
• Employees must follow the company uniform policy, provided on the first day.
