• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing or leading complex IT or case‑management systems.
• Active TS clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and prioritization of enhancements.
• Work with policy owners, helpdesk staff, developers, and cybersecurity personnel to align changes with mission and security needs.
• Track schedules, risks, and performance metrics; provide regular updates to leadership; lead configuration control and stakeholder management.
