Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across APAC from Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end sales of security solutions, including audits, testing, verification, and monitoring, while bridging Web2 institutions with Web3 projects.

Fluent English and Mandarin, 2–5 years in B2B sales, and deep Web3 knowledge are required. This role is remote and international, with focus on Hong Kong and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development in Web3 or fintech.
• Strong familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, DeFi, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
• Drive enterprise and institutional sales to traditional financial institutions and fintech firms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
• Expand accounts, secure renewals, and promote add-on security services.
• Represent the company at regional events and build local partnerships in APAC.
