Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific. You will build and lead an in-region team, shape the regional strategy, and own strategic technical wins across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into platform improvements and roadmaps. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in solutions roles, 7+ years leading technical teams, and a proven ability to drive enterprise-scale deployments in

Qualifications

15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture
7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
Track record of developing people into leadership roles
Experience designing and delivering enterprise tech solutions in regulated environments
Strong business value articulation to executives

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team with in-region depth.
Partner with regional Sales to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
Own regional coverage model and growth plans for Korea, Japan and SE Asia.
Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions and technical deep dives with senior stakeholders.
Develop architecture artifacts, roadmaps and proposals aligned with customers’ objectives.
Ensure secure, scalable deployments and governance across cloud, on-prem, and sovereign environments.
