Job summary

Atlas HXM, the global workforce platform, seeks a Regional HR Service Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across APAC and MEA. You will manage escalations, ensure compliance with local laws, and align with the global service model, driving KPIs, SLAs, and process standardization.

Lead Tier 2 specialists, collaborate with payroll, legal, and finance, and ensure documentation and audits are ready. A strategic partner to clients and workers alike.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery with multi-country scope in APAC
• Experience leading HR service delivery teams and managing escalations
• Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing case operations with defined KPIs and SLAs
• Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Fluency in English; additional regional language(s) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery operations across assigned countries, ensuring SLA adherence
• Review case resolution quality and documentation for policy application
• Ensure HR lifecycle actions have documented approvals and audit trails
• Monitor case management standards including response times and escalation protocols
• Lead regional compliance and risk management to meet local regulations and contractual obligations
• Mentor and manage the Regional HR Service Delivery Specialists (Tier 2)
• Standardize HR processes across countries and drive process improvements
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance on HR processes
