Job summary

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and biopharma agreements, including tenders, supply and services agreements, and collaboration agreements.
• Improve AI tool playbooks using legal operations tools and manage contract intake processes.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and legal updates affecting contracting.
