Job summary

Citi is seeking a Cash Securities Settlement Officer to join Global Markets Operations in APAC. You will ensure accurate, timely settlement of cash securities across APAC markets, bridging trade processing and operational control.

Responsibilities include trade matching, confirmation, reconciliation, and resolving settlement issues. Expect shift rotations and a fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in securities operations or related back office function.
• Working knowledge of Treasury products, accounting principles and regulatory policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in high-volume environment.
• Shift rotation and extended hours as required by APAC market coverage.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle cash securities transactions across APAC markets.
• Identify and resolve settlement issues; escalate as needed.
• Monitor activity to detect errors and reduce operational risk.
• Analyze reports to support control activities and new products rollout.
• Recommend process improvements to leadership based on trends.
