Remote Jobs seeks an experienced anti-financial crime and sanctions compliance expert to lead global SME activities, including research, thought leadership, and regulatory engagement. Qualifikationen

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in anti-financial crime/sanctions roles with global or think-tank experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF and global compliance needs (Japan focus).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional/global team.
• Proficiency with MS Office; social media experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (native level).

• Support APAC Thought Leadership ecosystem; develop content and papers.
• Engage with regulators and industry to monitor regulatory developments.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and compliance experts.
• Collaborate with communications to disseminate research; briefings for stakeholders.
• Lead Japan webinar program; develop content and moderating.
• Track Japanese regulatory trends; horizon scanning and updates.
• Contribute to event programming for Japan Conference.
• Source Japanese content for social channels; coordinate roundtables.
