Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a B2B Accounts Payable Process Manager at our Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA. You will handle AP exceptions, train teams, and drive end-to-end invoice processing while collaborating with vendors and internal buyers.

Reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable, you will contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment, leveraging SAP and Vendor Invoice Management skills and AI tools in finance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in SAP and Vendor Invoice Management systems.
• MS Office suite proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking capability.
• Experience with AI tools in a finance context (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in process automation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and provide training.
• Handle the entire invoice processing cycle, including reconciliation and error resolution.
• Support AP automation projects through training and testing.
• Monitor key metrics for Vendor Invoice Management system.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal buyers to resolve issues promptly.

Role Overview

As a B2B Accounts Payable Process Manager, you will be part of a top-tier finance team at our Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounts Payable, you will handle Accounts Payable exceptions and collaborate with essential vendors. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and provide training to ensure uniform practices.

• Monitor and report on critical metrics for the Vendor Invoice Management system.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal buyers to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, particularly SAP, and experience with Vendor Invoice Management systems.
• Outstanding skills in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills with the capability to multi-task.
• Experience in AI tools and capabilities, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, in a finance or business context.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in process automation and improvement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
• The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 195,500 USD.
• You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
