Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to serve local skilled nursing facilities in Maryville, MO. You will deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative team and benefit from flexible scheduling designed to support autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license and board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Address acute and emergent issues as they arise.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Comply with clinical standards and facility policies.
