Job summary

Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to lead inpatient care for hematologic malignancies, stem cell transplant, and cellular therapies.

This role is based in Parkview Tower with occasional outpatient coverage as needed. The position offers a daytime schedule with 4–10 hour shifts on weekdays and potential weekend rotation in the future, with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for APRN/PA roles.
• Board certification as APRN in Missouri and national certification required.
• Experience in hematology/oncology or related subspecialties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient primary management of hematologic malignancies, stem cell transplant, and cellular therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and research staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care, education, and care coordination.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives and adhere to standards of care.
