You'll champion producibility, drive execution excellence, and help integrate breakthrough manufacturing approaches across multiple evolving product lines.

You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we build-leading the adoption of model-based practices and enabling a seamless digital thread from concept to delivery. Your work will directly influence how emerging technologies and advanced production strategies take shape across the enterprise.

You’ll guide your team in creating cutting-edge manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows for complex assemblies, equipment installations, fabrication operations, and material handling. Beyond the factory floor, you’ll drive seamless integration across MFC production sites and programs-establishing modern concepts of operation and empowering engineering teams to partner closely with site SMEs on model-based DfX assessments.

This is your opportunity to be a champion for emerging technology. You'll accelerate the adoption of automation, additive manufacturing, robotics, and advanced computer-aided manufacturing tools to unlock higher producibility, greater efficiency, reduced cost, and elevated quality.
