Qualifications

• 5+ years in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Audit.
• Experience in Payments, Accounts Payable or Procurement at supervisor/manager level.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, procurement, or accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with Great Plains is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP clean-up and reconciliations for aging balances within AP subledger and GL.
• Post monthly AP transactions accurately with proper controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide mentorship to AP team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align with Treasury and Shared Services goals.
