Job summary

EVgo is hiring a Specialist, Accounts Payable to manage full-cycle AP, vendor management, and payment operations. The role emphasizes GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and ERP system use to ensure accurate and timely disbursements.

The position collaborates across departments to resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, and support month-end close while adhering to company policy. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years AP experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Experience with NetSuite and Coupa or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle AP including invoice receipt, coding, and approvals.
• Assist with payment runs and documentation for disbursements.
• Manage vendor records, ACH and checks per policy.
• Ensure compliance with W-9 and year-end 1099 processes.
