Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 0-5 years experience in accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting.
• Understanding of GAAP.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cost accounting and related duties in the accounting department.
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and P&L statements.
• Reconciles bank accounts and handles inquiries from banks.
• Reconciles customer accounts and ensures proper posting of invoices.
• Supports external auditors with required information for audits.
• Handles filing, scanning and record keeping duties.
• Manages duties such as contracts, bonds, licenses, and related documents.
