Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection in the New York area to lead store security operations, protect guests and team members, and safeguard merchandise by implementing loss-prevention strategies and risk assessments.

You will coach AP team leaders, manage investigations, and coordinate with store leadership to ensure a safe, compliant environment while driving store profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements for the position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable dealing with and managing teams through ambiguity
• Comfortable managing conflict, leading and holding others accountable
• Ability to relate well with and interact professionally with all levels of the organization

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct security operations to protect guests, team members, and the brand
• Develop, coach and lead AP team members and leaders to elevate skills and performance
• Identify shortage risks and develop proactive strategies to prevent loss
• Plan and lead investigations, from identification through resolution
• Drive store safety culture, crisis response, and compliance with Target policies and procedures
• Manage training, scheduling and budgeting for the Assets Protection team
