BASIS Tucson North seeks qualified candidates for an AP English / 7th Grade Writing / Yoga Teacher to ensure exceptional education by preparing and facilitating subject-specific lesson plans aligned with the BASIS Curriculum.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 24+ credits in the subject), with IVP clearance; a Master’s degree and 2+ years teaching experience are preferred. BASIS Ed offers a competitive benefits package and salary dependent on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 24+ credit hours in subject matter with other degree.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and facilitate subject and grade specific lesson plans.
• Provide instruction above grade level in interactive learning environments.
• Collaborate with BASIS Curriculum teachers to develop curriculum materials.
• Tutor students to heighten academic and career success.
• Maintain regular attendance and supervise students.
