Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Coordinator for AP Disbursements to administer payment proposals and execution of payment runs in a fast-paced environment. The role supports cash disbursement activities, wires/ACH, and maintains accurate documentation while collaborating with AP, Treasury, Tax and HR teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 0–2 years of full-cycle AP experience, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Experience with OpenText OCR-based scanning is a plus.
• Must be organized, dependable and a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administers and executes the payment proposal and payment run process.
• Assists in all cash disbursement activities, including daily checks/electronic payments.
• Processes wires, ACH, manual and automated payment runs.
• Works closely with AP, Treasury, Tax, HR and other business owners.
• Provides cross-functional support and serves as first contact for disbursement inquiries.
• Maintains thorough, accurate documentation per policy and accounting practices.
• Assists in month-end closing and responds to audit inquiries as appropriate.
