True Oil LLC is hiring for a full-time, on-site Accounting position in Casper, Wyoming. The role involves transactional AP entries, basic statement analyses, and producing accounting reports, with emphasis on data accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 0–2 years in accounting, basic Excel/Office skills, and the ability to read invoices and reports. On-site work with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• High school diploma with 0–2 years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices and reports.
• Ability to mathematically calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform transactional AP entries.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities

• A high school diploma and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in an accounting environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Skilled in oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, computer reports and accounts receivable or accounts payable reports.
• Ability to mathematically calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Computer Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications.
• Understanding of basic database programs.
• Ability to use 10-key by touch.
• Ability to operate a copier, fax machine, and scanner.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
