Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Technician based in our Anchorage office. You will support day-to-day financial operations, including processing vendor invoices, applying customer payments, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate records.

You will work with internal departments, vendors, and customers, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies while assisting with month-end close and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm and have fast typing skills.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and expense reports per policies.
• Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and disbursements.
• Monitor AP aging and assist with collections on past-due AR.
• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and general ledger.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing activities and audits.
