You will oversee full-cycle AP/AR, vendor payments, cash applications, billing, and collections, and partner with leadership to optimize cash flow in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Mentor, develop, and motivate a team of AP/AR professionals
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, cash applications, billing, and collections
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, aging reports and month-end close
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments
• Utilize accounting systems such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, or Intuit to streamline operations
