Job summary

Cambria is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our billing and collections operations. You will supervise the AR team, ensure timely invoicing and payments, and drive process improvements with ERP automation.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in accounting, 3+ years in AR supervision, and strong GAAP knowledge. You will mentor staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize cash flow while maintaining internal controls.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance recommended.
• Experience: 10+ years in accounting with 3+ years in supervising billing and collections.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle or NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AR team daily activities including invoicing and payment processing.
• Monitor AR aging, escalate high-priority accounts, and manage collections calls.
• Lead strategies to reduce DSO and forecast portfolio risk.
• Oversee month-end closing and reconcile AR ledger entries.
• Resolve complex billing disputes with Sales and Ops.
• Drive ERP enhancements and automate AR workflows.
