NorthKey Community Care in Kentucky seeks an Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Therapist to deliver community-based behavioral health assessments, treatment, and care coordination under Tim's Law. The role supports clients, families, courts, and providers to promote treatment adherence, psychiatric stability, and recovery across varied settings including NK offices and client residences.

Must have independent KY licensure, a master’s in clinical behavioral health, and willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a clinical field related to behavioral health from an accredited institution.
• Licensed independently or willingness to obtain independent licensure while under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide services in community and non-traditional treatment settings.
• Provide treatment and monitoring for individuals in Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT).
• Monitor compliance with court-ordered treatment plans and document participation.
• Conduct outreach to maintain treatment participation and reduce barriers to care.
• Coordinate services among behavioral health providers, primary care, hospitals, and community partners.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers as appropriate.
