The role coordinates behavioral health, medical, social, housing, vocational, and community supports to promote recovery and court-ordered treatment compliance.

You will liaise with consumers, treatment providers, the court system, hospitals, law enforcement, families, and community agencies, ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required.
• Full licensure: LMSW, LPC, or LLP in Michigan.
• Experience with probate court or AOT programs preferred.
• Ability to travel across Wayne County as needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate behavioral health, medical, social, housing, vocational, and community supports.
• Prepare and update IPOS in collaboration with client and treatment team.
• Monitor symptoms, treatment adherence, and recovery progress.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony when requested.
• Ensure court-related documentation is completed within timelines.
