Job summary

Pioneer Circuits in California is seeking a Verify Operator to inspect PCB inner layers using AOI and a 100X microscope. The role requires reading SOPs, accurate reporting, and performing NCRs. Training occurs on the 1st shift, with regular 2nd shift hours from 4:00pm to 12:30am. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in the PCB industry. This is an ITAR-controlled facility requiring U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents including standard operating procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and complete required reports
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform repetitive hand motion

Responsibilities

• Inspect layers after AOI processing for layer count and damage
• Verify inner PCB layers with a 100X microscope and traveler measurements
• Visually verify layers from the scanner for dot/detect application
• Identify defects and perform NCRs as needed
• Conduct first article inspection and assist in moving jobs in Inner Layer Prep
• Complete daily production logs and other duties as required
