Job summary

Jabil is seeking an AOI verification and testing technician to support the inspection of electronic circuit board assemblies on the manufacturing floor. You will analyze fault data from AOI, follow assembly documentation, and perform rework using Jabil software tools.

The role requires a high school graduate with 1+ year in manufacturing, basic PC skills, and the ability to read and write technical reports. Work environment is on-site with moderate noise and dust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; and one or more years experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Verify and test AOI results and perform necessary rework using Jabil software packages.
• Interpret BOMs, visual aids, deviations, testing tools and procedures.
• Complete AOI operator re-certifications and manufacturing certifications as required.
• Collaborate with technicians to address faults and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety, health, and security policies and maintain clean, organized workstation on the manufacturing floor.
