Job summary

Jabil is seeking an AOI verification and testing specialist to verify and troubleshoot electronic circuit board assemblies on the manufacturing floor. You will analyze AOI fault data, reference BOMs and documentation, and perform required re-certifications and testing to maintain production quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety, and use of Jabil software to support standard operating procedures and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in manufacturing.
• Ability to read assembly documents and BOMs.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with ERP/software.
• Willingness to recertify AOI operator annually.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze fault data from AOI and determine rework actions.
• Read and utilize BOMs, visual aids, deviations, testing tools and procedures.
• Complete AOI re-certification of operator and pass the test.
• Escalate borderline faults to the appropriate technician.
• Understand and follow Jabil production requirements, policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet Test/Manufacturing yield goals.
• Adhere to safety/health rules and company security procedures.
