Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an AOI Operator I for Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA/SMT) in Seymour, CT. You will operate AOI equipment, set up inspection recipes, load boards, and log defects to support first-pass yield and quality compliance.

Responsibilities include loading programs, verifying PCBA part numbers, handling boards with care to prevent ESD, and mentoring peers. Minimum high school diploma; IPC-A-610 cert preferred or obtainable on hire. Teamwork and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection a plus.
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred or obtainable upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI equipment; set up inspection recipes and run production boards.
• Identify and log defects; monitor for quality trends in MIS.
• Assist with operator cross-training and ensure proper ESD and safety procedures.
