Job summary

Spectra-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an AOI Programmer to join the Quality Assurance team, supporting AOI machines with programming, debugging, and maintenance. You will create new programs, revise for changes, implement ECNs, and assist operators, with emphasis on training and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in electronics manufacturing, strong computer skills, and a high school diploma. IPC-A-610 and SAP Business One familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong computer skills.
• IPC-A-610 certification is a plus; SAP Business One experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create new programs for all AOI machines.
• Revise programs to address changes in parts and templates.
• Implement ECNs into applicable programs.
• Debug programs to improve machine efficiency.
• Maintain the program log and assist operator training.
• Collaborate with other Spectra-Tech departments to resolve issues.
• Plan program creation to support production start.
