Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
• Electrical Engineering preferred; other related majors acceptable.
• Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends.
• Travel domestically and internationally, including Korea.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and standardize inspection and metrology processes.
• Operate, maintain, and improve AOI and Flying Probe inspection processes.
• Manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of inspection and metrology equipment.
• Analyze inspection data and support yield improvement initiatives.
• Investigate product quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of new inspection and metrology technologies.
• DOE and optimize the process condition.
• Participate in cross-organizational engineering teams for RCA.
