Job summary

Paycom in Independence, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for fulfilling and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming material, and preparing orders for domestic shipping. Work in a team environment to achieve expected results.

Duties include order picking and packaging, receiving and storing materials, preparing shipping documentation, maintaining clean workstations, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• AOG duty, on call service rotation.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 40 pounds.
• Able to work in a cross functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packaging.
• Receiving, packing, and storing material in warehouse locations.
• General understanding of vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping.
• Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping and verify all required documentation is included.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse and workstations.
• Other duties as assigned.
