Job summary

VSE Aviation, a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Augusta, KS to fulfill and package customer orders, receive material, and prepare orders for domestic shipping. You will work in a team to achieve expected results.

Responsibilities include order picking/packing, receiving and storing material, and preparing shipments with proper documentation, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized. High school diploma or GED preferred, no experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; no work experience required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English.
• AOG duty, on-call service rotation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Detail oriented, efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packaging.
• Receiving, packing, and storing material in warehouse locations.
• Understand vendor paperwork for receiving and shipping.
• Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping and verify documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse/workstations.
• Other duties as assigned.
