Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a 24/7 Mobile AOG support specialist based in the San Francisco, CA area. This role coordinates across teams to rapidly respond to aircraft on ground events, manages tooling and travel, and maintains mobile units.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required (3+ years)
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and coordinate with multiple departments
• Planning and organizational skills are necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer/technology skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned scheduled shift
• Central point of contact for the customer during the AOG maintenance event
• Coordinate and organize necessary tooling for maintenance event
• Coordinate with the support center on project status
• Coordinate travel arrangements as required
• Maintain mobile vehicle and appearance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and professionalism
• Accurately document work for fast processing of work orders
• Ensure all work complies with Repair Station Manual
• Coordinate with Quality Department for regulatory compliance
• Provide immediate response to any AOG call at all times during shift
• Manage expenses and report monthly to billing and work orders
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, including offsite contacts
