Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support specialist to operate from the San Francisco, CA area. You will coordinate rapid maintenance during aircraft-on-ground events and serve as the primary customer contact while ensuring proper tooling, travel, and compliance.

The role requires an FAA A&P license and 3+ years of experience, plus a valid driver's license and strong MS Office skills. You will work in a fast-paced, multi-department team environment and maintain excellent customer

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience coordinating AOG events and tooling.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-department teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned shift.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers during AOG events.
• Coordinate tooling and equipment for maintenance events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements with the support center as needed.
• Maintain mobile vehicle appearance and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Repair Station Manual and company policies.
• Document work orders accurately and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with Quality Department to ensure regulatory compliance.
