Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support specialist based in the Washington, DC area. You will coordinate maintenance tooling, serve as the primary customer contact during AOG events, and ensure timely work order processing with regulatory compliance.

The role requires FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, a valid driver's license, and strong planning skills. You will interface with multiple teams and manage travel, expenses, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned shift.
• Serve as central point of contact for customer during AOG maintenance event.
• Coordinate and organize tooling for maintenance events.
• Coordinate with support center on project status and travel arrangements.
• Maintain mobile vehicle interior and exterior appearance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document work accurately for work orders and billing.
• Coordinate with Quality Department for regulatory compliance.
• Respond to AOG calls promptly while on shift.
• Manage expenses and monthly reports with local administration.
• Build and grow customer relationships, including offsite outreach when possible.
