Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH is seeking an AOG Technician to provide 24/7 mobile team support during assigned shifts. You will be the central point of contact for customers during AOG events, coordinating tooling, travel, and status with the support center to ensure swift action and compliance with manuals.

The role requires an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, 3+ years of airframe repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong planning and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification (A&P) required.
• 3+ years of AOG/airframe experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned shift.
• Central point of contact for customer during AOG event.
• Coordinate necessary tooling for maintenance event.
• Coordinate with support center on project status and travel arrangements.
• Maintain mobile vehicle, interior and exterior appearance.
• Adhere to all company policies and Repair Station Manual requirements.
• Maintain accurate work records for quick processing of work orders.
• Coordinate with Quality Department for regulatory compliance.
• Respond to AOG calls immediately while on shift.
• Manage expenses and monthly reporting with Business Administrator.
